Hot Wheels id HBG23 is 02/04 in the HW Metro series from Series 2. The 2021 release is Spectraflame blue emblazoned with red, orange, and yellow flames.
Features include chrome windows and a tinted base. The id wheels have “HW Metro HWID Series”, white lines, and black & gold rims.
The locomotive is a modified version of the West Coast Flyer that appeared in the 2011 Rapid Transit series.
The West Coast Flyer is an original design of a high-speed steam locomotive. The first full-scale steam locomotive was the Coalbrookdale Locomotive that was built in 1802.
